ELVHIS Discusses Consumer Comparison of Energy Efficiencies for Heating Appliances
The European Leading Association of Manufacturers of Industrial Heating Systems (ELVHIS) announces the release of a discussion paper titled „Should the consumer be able to compare the energy efficiencies of local space heaters ≤ 50 kW and air-to-air heat pumps ≤ 12 kW by means of the energy label?“
This paper explores the potential benefits of providing consumers with clear and accessible information regarding the energy efficiencies of local space heaters and air-to-air heat pumps through the use of energy labels. ELVHIS aims to empower consumers to make informed decisions when choosing energy-efficient heating solutions, ultimately contributing to a more sustainable and eco-friendly future.
